UK and International Returns Policy

We are confident that you will be very happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return any item that is faulty we will be happy to offer you a full refund. As these items are personalized by you, we can not accept returns or refunds on items where you are not happy with the artwork or its placement.

We do not offer free returns as we didn’t want to load the selling price to cover  the cost of returns. If however you item is faulty we will refund your return postage cost.

This does not affect your statutory rights. All items can be returned for a full refund within 21 days. All goods returned must be in a new and unused condition and returned with the original proof of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for all return delivery costs.
  • Returned items must be received within 21 working days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
  • Return items received after 21 working days of delivery will not be refundable and will not be credited.  Extended for Christmas
  • Please note goods purchased online at UK Surfers can only be returned to Toerag trading ltd.
  • If you have received an item that is faulty or sent incorrectly, please contact our customer services team via email at info@toeragtrading.com
  • We recommend items should be returned via a tracked delivery service to ensure your item arrives at Toerag Trading.
  • UK Surfers cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by a recorded delivery courier.
  • Upon inspection of returned products UK Surfers will issue a full refund to the payment method used for the purchase minus the original delivery charge.
  • Any products deemed to be used will not be refunded. 
  • Please ensure you enclose your invoice or delivery note when returning any item.
